**Job Summary:** Offshore Wind Farm Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Wind Farm Project Lead to oversee the commercial aspects of our offshore wind farm project. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic commercial guidance, managing contracts, and ensuring project delivery within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Tendering and Contract Award Process:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive tendering strategy in collaboration with Package/Project Manager and Engineering teams.
    • Work closely with Package/Project Managers and Engineering team members to ensure that tender and contract terms align with project requirements.
  2. Contract Management:
    • Manage contractor claims and variations, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing delays.
    • Develop and maintain contractual obligation registers, tracking progress and ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years' contract management experience
  • Market knowledge & experience working with offshore foundations supply and transport & installation contractors
  • Experience of commercial management of similar contracts for large scale energy projects (preferably offshore wind farms or onshore wind farms)

**Estimated Salary:** £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
