Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and interventions with children and families to identify and address risks and needs
- Develop and implement care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to supporting children and families

Requirements
- Qualification in social work or a related field
