We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team at a friendly and family-like nursery in Nottingham. The successful candidate will support children with their daily routines, including meals, naps, and playtime.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years and previous experience working in a nursery or similar setting. A driving license is preferred, but not essential. We offer a competitive rate of pay and a dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to support you throughout the onboarding process.

As a Nursery Assistant with TeacherActive, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of nurseries and educational institutions, with flexible working hours to suit your needs. We pride ourselves on excellent service and operate as an equal opportunities employer.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting children with their daily routines
  • Assisting with meal times and nap times
  • Engaging with children and supporting individual needs
  • Working collaboratively with the nursery team
