Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dispensing team. As a Pharmacy Support Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the pharmacy team in the provision of excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and assist all members of the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality services.
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and professionally, adhering to legal and company guidelines.
- Ensure the correct storage of medication, maintain good stock rotation, and monitor expiry dates.
- Sort and file prescriptions and other relevant paperwork according to our Standard Operating Procedure.
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Liaise with pharmacists and their teams to ensure seamless communication and excellent customer service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services or relevant experience in the pharmacy industry.
- Basic IT knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
Working Hours
This role is available Monday to Friday, 6pm-10pm.
