Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for a qualified and caring individual to support children within Early Years at Randstad Education. As a Level 2 or 3 qualified Teaching Assistant, you will have the drive to help bring learning alive for children.

This is an urgent need role, where you will work closely with our team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for children to thrive. You will be responsible for assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons, as well as supporting children with their daily needs.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will have a salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a supportive team environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Education, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be flexible and able to work well under pressure. We estimate that this role will require approximately 30-40 hours per week, depending on the needs of the school and the child. This may include working on weekdays during term time, with some flexibility to accommodate holidays and other commitments.
