The Role

You will be a proactive and skilled Technical Field Support Specialist with experience with hardware including office moves, decommissions, printer services and more. You will be working on customer sites providing expert support on a wide range of IT issues. You will need to be willing to travel and understand the importance of good customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, including repairs, installations, and upgrades.

• Work in a team on office relocations and hardware rollouts.

• Set up printers and office hardware.

About You

• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (PCs, servers, printers).

• Clean driving license.

• Clear DBS.
