**About the Role**
Eclectic Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Litigation and Insolvency Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our Dispute Resolution department, you will be responsible for handling complex Insolvency law cases, working closely with Insolvency Practitioners and Directors, and providing expert advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake advocacy and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Provide high-quality, proactive legal advice to meet client needs and expectations.
- Contribute to the firm's marketing initiatives, including networking, seminars, and writing marketing material.
- Deliver high-quality legal services, taking the initiative to identify and address client needs.
