About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant in a supportive and inclusive environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping special needs students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with a range of needs, including communication, social, and emotional challenges.
  • Work closely with students in various classes, such as swimming, music, art, and sports, to promote their learning and development.
  • Collaborate with therapy teams, including speech therapists and dogs, to provide a holistic approach to student support.
  • Help students develop life skills and build friendships in a fun and engaging environment.
  • Assist in classes with 5-8 students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
  • A passion for working with children and young adults with special needs.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Patience and a positive attitude, with the ability to encourage students to engage with learning and each other.
Requirements
