Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer projects from concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and manage material procurement to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Oversee cost control to ensure profitability and project success, working closely with production and operations teams.
  • Maintain compliance with quality, health & safety standards, and provide technical support and input to the sales team and customers.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management and engineering, preferably in manufacturing or construction environments.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and manufacturing processes, including CAD design and site services.
  • Familiarity with health & safety and quality control standards, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Desirable: experience in SME engineering/fabrication environments, ability to motivate and manage a multi-skilled workforce.
