We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeper to join our team at Nuffield Health Oxford, The Manor Hospital. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that all areas of the hospital are clean and tidy, including patient rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Use cleaning products and equipment effectively to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Report any incidents or concerns to the relevant team members.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Basic knowledge of infection prevention and control procedures.
