Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our client's senior leadership team. The role will involve providing administrative support, managing complex diaries and inboxes, and coordinating travel arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an EA, preferably with PLC experience, and will possess excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries and inboxes for senior executives
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Prepare meeting materials and agendas
  • Coordinate events and meetings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an EA, preferably with PLC experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary Information: £70,000 – £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
