Plumber and Mechanician

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Retail Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, water hygiene inspections, and filter changes.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• C&G Building Services Engineering or Plumbing Installation/Maintenance qualification or equivalent experience.
• BPEC Unvented systems certification.
• Minimum 5 years practical experience within the building services engineering industry.
