Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at PayPoint Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to drive the user experience across all our websites, ensuring they attract, retain and grow each brand's target audience.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing full UX lifecycles on projects for eCommerce across desktop, mobile and apps. They should also have a good understanding of different frameworks for front-end and back-end web systems, as well as a deep knowledge of hybrid and native app specifics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data streams to inform design decisions
  • Prototyping and testing user journeys to ensure seamless experiences
  • Working closely with Product and Data Analysis teams to gain actionable insights from various data sources
  • Leading persona creation, customer experience mapping and objective setting to prioritize customer issues and business challenges

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in an agile development environment
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
