Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Specie and Fine Art Broker at Aon, you will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities within the Specie and Fine Art product lines to achieve revenue targets and meet growth strategy.

You will provide in-depth industry knowledge of Specie and Fine Art industry classes, network across Aon's network of offices and industry teams, and lead and manage Specie and Fine Art teams across two locations (Chelmsford and London).

Key skills required for this role include outstanding networking, communication, and influencing skills, as well as 10 years+ senior level Specie and Fine Art broking experience and a flair for developing business, identifying growth opportunities, and articulating value.
