Estates Coordinator Expert

We're looking for a talented Estates Coordinator Expert to join our team at Evri.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property-related accounts and be able to provide proactive administrative support to our surveyors. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

You'll be responsible for managing rent, service charge, and insurance payments, including identifying discrepancies and resolving issues proactively. Your organizational and management skills will ensure accurate and timely payments, maintaining an up-to-date Repeat Payment Schedule, and coordinating with Accounts to process regular periodic payments.

In addition to your technical expertise, you'll possess excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, enabling you to maintain good working relationships with Landlords and their Agents. You'll also have experience working with records maintenance, being able to store relevant invoices and supporting information in a logical and easily retrievable manner.
