Insolvency Specialist

Cathedral Appointments Ltd seeks a seasoned Insolvency Specialist to join their team in Exeter, Torquay, or Plymouth. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to leverage their expertise in insolvency law and contribute to the growth of the firm.

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in insolvency law, preferably as an Associate or Senior Associate in a UK law firm. Your experience should include handling complex caseloads with minimal supervision, and you must possess excellent client care skills.

You will have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities and promoting your profile within the industry. Additionally, you will be able to build and maintain relationships with Insolvency Practitioners across the region, contributing to broader business development activities.

Your skills and qualifications:

• Post-qualifying experience in contentious matters
• Strong client care skills
• Ability to listen and empathize with clients
• Experience in generating new business opportunities

Cathedral Appointments Ltd offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, the firm provides a comprehensive benefits package, including:
