About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Culinary Services team at Rosewood London as a supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading kitchen sections efficiently and reporting directly to the Junior Sous Chef.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure food safety and health and safety regulations are respected by the brigade at all times.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including section management and inventory control.
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all dishes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
