Inclusive Living Assistant

This exciting new opportunity is available to support a young person moving from a hospital setting into their own home in North Shields.
You will be working with a vibrant young woman in her 20s living in Wallsend who enjoys expressing herself through creative outlets like dance, arts and crafts, and exploring different hairstyles and makeup.
Responsibilities- Support the individual to develop her independence and life skills
- Ensure the individual's safety and wellbeing at all times
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss the individual's progress and plan
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder experience
- PROACT SCIPr-UK training
- Awareness of Autism and Learning Disability
- Commitment to person-centred care and empowering individuals through Active Support
- Previous experience with supporting individuals with complex needs
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.00, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for career development and growth.
Schedule: day shift, night shift, Monday to Friday, weekend availability.6 weeks annual leave. (bank holidays).
