Job Overview

This is a Specialty Doctor post in Intervention Neuroradiology, suitable for candidates with experience in endovascular procedures and a strong interest in stroke thrombectomy service provision.

The post will be based at King's College Hospital, Denmark Hill, in a busy tertiary referral centre.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will provide support in the provision of routine interventional neuroradiology services, including out-of-hours stroke thrombectomy and aneurysm coiling services.

They will also participate in diagnostic neuroradiology service provision and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements

Candidates should have dedicated Intervention Neuroradiology training and experience in day-to-day organisation of Neuroradiology services in a busy Teaching Hospital.

Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
