Job Description:The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading financial due diligence projects, with excellent analytical and communication skills. You will be responsible for preparing and interpreting financial analysis, leading discussions with clients to understand their business, and preparing and reviewing diligence reports.
You will also lead and develop junior staff, manage projects from start to finish, and help build and maintain sustainable client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead financial due diligence projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Prepare and interpret financial analysis, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Lead and develop junior staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proven experience in transaction services/financial due diligence, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Previous people management experience, with a proven track record of developing and motivating teams.
- ACCA, ACA, or ICAS qualified, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
- Comfortable adapting to change in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to innovate and drive continuous improvement.
We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave allowance.
