Job Title: SAP DRC Consultant


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SAP DRC solutions to ensure compliance with SAP best practices for e-invoicing and other document requirements across SAP ECC/S/4 HANA (Private or Public Cloud) for localizations in the EMEA, LATAM, APJ, and NA regions.
  • Analyze SAP data structures and map them to government portal requirements (e.g., SDI, ANAF, KSEF, Peppol formats) for each country, implementing necessary data transformations, conversions, and validations.
  • Provide hands-on expert support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of SAP DRC solutions.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of SAP DRC solutions in conjunction with functional teams and end-user groups.
  • Develop and configure connectors, mappings, transformations, and workflows within SAP DRC to facilitate seamless data exchange between ERP systems and government portals.
  • Monitor product roadmaps and stay updated on new legal mandates related to SAP localization solutions.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of SAP project implementation experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP DRC solutions and configuration.
  • Solid understanding of global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX) and their implications for SAP systems.
  • Proven track record in managing SAP projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to generate customer deliverables such as solution presentations, status reports, and configuration documents with a focus on quality.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects across various geographies.
  • Familiarity with project metrics reporting and dashboards.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.


Skills:

  • Experienced in SAP Product Support collaboration and familiar with the sap.me service portal processes.
  • Proficient in connecting with SAP CIC using customer S-User credentials and familiar with support escalation processes.
  • Technical knowledge of SAP DRC for electronic documents and S/4 HANA statutory reporting frameworks.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA best practices and ability to locate localization documentation and SAP Notes.
  • Experience with the SAP AIF (Application Integration Framework) and SAP Integration Suite (formerly SAP CPI), specifically in relation to SAP DRC Cloud.
  • Expertise in SOAMANAGER configuration and mapping SAP data to external portals via the SAP Integration Suite.
