Product Assurance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and product assurance processes across our business, ensuring compliance and quality throughout the entire product life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage quality and product assurance responsibilities within the engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Ensure quality throughout the entire product life cycle, from design to delivery.
- Review and approve documentation and procedures for products, processes, and data.
- Collaborate with the design team to implement best practices and ensure quality.
- Work closely with the Management Systems Manager and Process Owners to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Relevant engineering or manufacturing degree with experience in a quality assurance role.
- Proven track record of working in a high-quality manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace, defence, or space/satellite industry.
- Strong knowledge of product compliance, regulatory compliance, and other relevant procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in project-led design environments and electronics manufacturing and design is advantageous but not essential.
