Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for implementing safety programs across multiple sites. You will investigate incidents, train employees, and monitor safety performance to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate Incidents: Investigate safety incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Train Employees: Train and educate employees on safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor Safety Performance: Monitor, analyse, and report on safety performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Desirable Diploma: A diploma in occupational health and safety or similar qualification is desirable.
  • Experience: Comprehensive experience as a SHE advisor in a complex organisation with demonstrable evidence of successful performance improvement.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations and other relevant safety standards.
