About the Role

We are seeking a talented Commis Chef to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott St Pierre Country Club. As a Commis Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
  • Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
  • Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
  • Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
  • Use your creative flair and attention to detail to create dishes that put smiles on faces

  • A Level 2 culinary qualification and we will fund your future training qualifications
