Conrad Consulting Ltd. is a dynamic and busy multi-discipline engineering consultancy based on the outskirts of Leicester. Our buildings structures team is seeking an Associate level Structural Engineer to undertake structural design on projects including commercial, industrial, education, and residential up to multi-million pounds in value.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage design teams on multiple projects, focusing on managing resourcing to achieve successful project delivery
* Mentor junior members of your team, with an understanding of how to best help them progress
* Represent our client at internal and external meetings and undertake site visits to monitor progress
* Check calculations, specifications, drawings, and reports produced by others
* Strong communication and report writing skills
* Proficient in TEDDs, Tekla, and Revit

**Requirements**

* Degree in civil or structural engineering with at least 9 years' experience within a UK consultancy
* Chartered, MIStructE or ICE, or working towards
* Extensive structural design experience in all traditional materials such as steel, concrete, and timber
