CAPEX Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CAPEX Project Assistant to join our Capital Construction Developments team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational delivery of CAPEX Construction developments across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, implementation, and delivery of projects in line with Elysium Healthcare's CAPEX development plan.
- Provide administrative assistance with the tender process, including researching products, building codes, and procedures to improve the end-user experience.
- Collate Operations & Maintenance information and update weekly reports on project progress and constraints.
- Support the CAPEX Project Managers and Commercial Projects Director in achieving projects against time, quality, and cost.
- Attend site meetings to support Project Managers and provide support with adding new Suppliers onto Unit 4.
- Some experience, knowledge, and/or interest in property or construction related disciplines.
- Experience within the Care Sector would be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software tools, particularly Excel and Word.
- Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle for business use.
- Excellent communication and interpretation skills.
- Annual salary of £26,000.
