Job Description:

The Data Analytics Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of data analysts to process and interrogate large and varied marketing data sets, delivering insights that inform and drive clients' marketing and sales decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring high performance, professional development, and effective collaboration.
  • Client Delivery: Oversee and ensure the delivery of analytic projects to specification and within allotted timeframes, converting resulting analysis into actionable insights that address business problems.
  • Insight Communication: Translate and articulate complex scenarios and concepts to non-technical and diverse audiences using appropriate narrative and visual techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a team of data analysts.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Excellent skills in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation.
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
