About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Test Manager to join our Testing department at OSB Group. As a Data Test Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive data testing strategies to validate data accuracy and integrity
  • Develop and maintain tailored test plans, cases, and scripts for data validation
  • Implement processes and methodologies to ensure adherence to data standards and best practices
  • Identify, document, and manage data-related defects using a defect tracking system
  • Document test plans, results, and reporting, monitoring test metrics and KPIs for each project and test phase
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data test requirements and create appropriate test approaches to validate data accuracy
  • Work with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve data issues
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Data Test Manager/Lead with extensive experience in managing and leading a team of data test analysts
  • Track record of designing and executing data tests, profiling, quality assessment, and validation
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL query writing (SQL tools) and data manipulation from technical requirements
  • Comprehensive understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience in system integration, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB)
