Chartered Building Surveyor Lead

We are looking for an experienced Associate Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team in London. As a key member of our Infrastructure division, you will play a crucial role in delivering a full suite of building surveying duties in a multi-disciplinary environment.
This opportunity offers excellent prospects for a professional who has strong ambition and enjoys working collaboratively within a vibrant team. You will have experience in managing client relationships, dealing with legal and technical issues, and providing exceptional service to clients.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage a team, think laterally, and communicate effectively. Strong commercial awareness and experience in managing clients' expectations are essential. A full understanding of Health and Safety requirements and BIM systems is also necessary.
We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to this, we provide 25 days' annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and access to our benefits platform, YourReward at SNC-Lavalin.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a BSc (Hon's) in Building Surveying or a related field and have post-qualification experience. You should also be prepared to travel as required and have a valid security clearance.
