Community Healthcare Specialist

This Relief Pharmacist position requires a highly skilled individual to provide expert care and advice across multiple pharmacies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations and a passion for delivering excellent customer and patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering pharmacy strategy through expert advice and care
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe work environment
- Collaborating with store teams to enhance pharmacy capabilities
- Providing ongoing review and audit to maintain customer and patient safety
- Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Registration with relevant pharmacy regulators (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
- Proven expertise and respect from stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external professionals
- A passion for community pharmacy and delivering excellent care for customers
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse groups
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local service provisions
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
