Babcock International Group is a leading provider of complex engineering services, and we're seeking a skilled Naval Architect to join our team. As a Naval Architect, you'll play a critical role in supporting the design and development of our naval shipbuilding programs.

Our team is responsible for delivering complex shipbuilding projects, and we're looking for a talented individual to help us drive innovation and excellence in our design and engineering processes. As a Naval Architect, you'll work closely with our design teams to develop and implement design solutions, from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of design solutions for naval shipbuilding projects
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure functionality and feasibility of designs
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Work with senior engineers to develop and implement design standards and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Experience in naval architecture or a related field
  • Strong understanding of naval shipbuilding design and engineering principles
  • Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Paramarine and NAPA
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
