Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of our F&B category business. This includes formulating sales business plans, developing procurement strategies, and negotiating with suppliers to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute sales business plans to drive category growth and profitability
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve supplier relationships
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and prices
  • Monitor and analyze sales and purchase data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of category plans
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in F&B purchasing and sales, with a focus on category management
  • Proven track record of driving category growth and profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
