About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Cook Volunteer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your love of cooking with people who may require additional support. You will be working in a supported living service in Surbiton, helping individuals gain cooking skills to enhance their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare meals for residents in a safe and hygienic manner.
  • To assist individuals in developing their cooking skills and confidence.
  • To maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  • A passion for food and cooking.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A food hygiene qualification is desirable but not essential (training can be provided).
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
