About the Role

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at All Saints Hospital. As a Mental Health Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals who are deaf or have complex communication needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and promote positive teamwork.
  • Provide mentorship and support to colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, observing and reporting any changes or concerns.

Requirements

  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
  • BSL qualification desired but not essential.
  • Strong team-working skills, self-motivation, and a flexible approach.
  • Positive attitude, naturally caring and compassionate, with a commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
