About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team as a Room Based Deputy Manager in a growing setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a lovely environment in Bromley, with great transport links.

The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare and at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery. They will also have a proven track record of leading and supporting teams, with a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support teams to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Ofsted Regulatory standards and requirements
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development of the nursery's curriculum and educational programs
