- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, cooking, and cleaning, to ensure individuals' physical and emotional needs are met.
- Support individuals to engage in activities that promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development, such as arts, sports, and wellbeing programs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that individuals' needs are met and their goals are achieved.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
