Job Title: Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our team at Searchability NS&D. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of software solutions using Java and JVM-compatible languages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions through testing and quality assurance
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and JVM-compatible languages
  • Proven experience in leading software development teams and projects
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevSecOps
  • Experience with Big Data technologies and data integration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
