HR Officer Job Description

REED Specialist Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer to join their team in the North Down area. The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist background and provide HR support to staff and line managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Manage end-to-end absence management, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and recruitment processes.
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support, maintain employee data, and assist with digitalization of the department.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll services, resolve queries, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong generalist HR experience and knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Degree in HR or CIPD level 5 qualification.
