We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Operative to join our team at On Target Recruitment. As a Plant Operative, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our asphalt production plant, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the asphalt production plant, including mixing and loading equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the Plant Manager and other team members to achieve production targets.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure plant equipment is in good working order.
- Monitor and report any issues or concerns to the Plant Manager.
