Are you a retail enthusiast with a keen eye for detail? Do you have a passion for creating visually appealing displays that drive sales? We're looking for a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8.

This role involves working with a range of high street retailers on behalf of iconic brands, ensuring that products and promotions are displayed effectively and that shelves are well-stocked. You'll be responsible for setting up fixtures, arranging products, and implementing planograms to maintain consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and use your own initiative to find solutions. You'll also need to be comfortable with manual handling and able to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues and provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams.
