About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team at Cavill Robinson Financial Recruitment. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-quality audits in the SME sector, working closely with the Head of Audit and the wider audit team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audits in the SME sector, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing their expectations and delivering added value services
  • Supervise and develop the audit team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Complete file reviews, utilizing technical knowledge and experience to identify areas for improvement and deliver high-quality results
  • Identify and deliver added value services to clients, helping them to prosper and grow

Requirements
  • At least 2 years' post-qualified experience in a medium-sized practice, working with SMEs
  • ACA or ACCA qualification and supervisory or managerial experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS102, IFRS, and ISA's
  • Motivation to work in a fast-paced environment and drive business growth
