We are seeking a seasoned BPO advisory director to drive our client's consultancy expansion in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive experience in BPO, strong expertise in consulting frameworks and outsourcing technologies, and a proven track record in delivering strategic advisory services.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects, building long-term relationships with key clients, and guiding them through decision-making processes. They will also have expertise in project management tools, data analysis, and business process mapping software.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Consulting and Advisory Services:
  • Provide expert consultancy on BPO strategies, conducting in-depth assessments to understand and address client needs.
  • Design customized BPO solutions that align with client goals, leveraging best practices, industry insights, and innovative approaches.
  • Advise clients on optimizing their business processes through cutting-edge outsourcing methodologies and transformative technology.
Client Engagement and Strategy:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, positioning the firm as a trusted BPO consultancy partner.
  • Understand each client's unique challenges and develop strategic BPO roadmaps that drive measurable business improvements.
  • Guide clients through complex decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
Project Management:
  • Oversee and direct BPO consulting projects from inception to successful delivery, maintaining quality and timelines.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations, managing resources and budgets effectively.
  • Lead project teams and provide guidance on best practices for successful project execution.
Business Development and Consultancy Growth:
  • Identify opportunities to expand consultancy offerings and deepen client engagements within the advisory practice.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of BPO consultancy services.
  • Drive growth by developing new consultancy services and expanding existing ones.
