TV Producer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced TV Producer to join our team at McCann Manchester. As a TV Producer, you will be responsible for managing the production process, working with clients and agencies to deliver high-quality TV commercials and online videos.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain good working relationships with post-production teams
  • Manage the running budget for TV production, reviewing and challenging quotes
  • Negotiate effectively with suppliers to ensure value for money
  • Ensure deadlines are met or flagged when problematic
  • Progress work in cooperation with other departments, managing client and internal account handling
  • Produce accurate budgets for productions as appropriate
  • Produce a large number of TV commercials and online videos
  • Effectively communicate the creative aim of any given script to all involved parties
Requirements:
  • Expertise in production values and practical requirements
  • Commitment to maintaining high creative standards
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional approach under pressure
  • Ability to keep abreast of technical developments and changes in production processes
  • Experience in retail TV production preferred
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving environment
