Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic Data team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for scoping, creating, and supporting customer-facing Power BI dashboards that provide management insights and performance data to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering dashboard requirements from Business Analysts on calls and guiding them through the scoping process
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing Power BI dashboards
  • Document and maintain dashboard specifications
  • Resolve tier 3 support tickets relating to above dashboards
  • Exploring new analytical techniques to extract new insights from existing data
  • Ensure data models and measures are accurate, efficient, and sustainable

  • Innovative and able to research and adapt new skills as required

What We Offer

Crimson Tide mpro Limited offers a competitive salary of GBP40,000-GBP45,000 per annum, depending on experience. About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a hybrid work arrangement, with three days based in the office a week. The successful candidate will participate in calls with Business Analysts to understand customer KPIs and will need to be able to translate source data into a dashboard-compatible format in a performant and sustainable manner.
