Professional Headhunter

Talent Acquisition Position: beBee Professionals, a leading recruitment agency in Finchley, is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, building relationships with clients and candidates, and negotiating job offers. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, as well as the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities: Source and interview candidates for various roles, build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, negotiate job offers, and maintain accurate records in the recruitment management system. Additionally, the Recruitment Consultant will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve targets.

Requirements: Previous experience in recruitment or sales, strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, ability to work in a target-driven environment, and proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
