About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team in Carlisle. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless processing of customers' vehicle orders and associated administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing vehicle orders and associated paperwork.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure completion of invoicing and accurate record-keeping.
  • Manage stock and maintain accurate records for new, used, and fleet sales.
  • Provide data for centre financial reporting and customer relationship management.
Requirements
  • Previous administrative work experience is advantageous, but not essential.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
  • Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and take on infrequent travel for work and training purposes.
  • High standards of verbal and written communication.
  • Good level of general education, including National 5s in English and Maths and ideally Highers (or equivalent).
  • Good IT skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and social media skills.
