Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Lead Quantity Surveyor for our large-scale residential development project in Manchester.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing bills and/or schedules for quantities of materials, labour, and services required in the construction and refurbishment of building works;
- Sub-contract procurement;
- Sub-contract valuations and payments in connection with any contract.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying;
- At least 2-5 years post-graduate experience in a similar position;
- Strong knowledge of Estimating and Post Contract duties.
We offer a competitive basic salary of £60,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:
