Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our Kingsbridge office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day tenant interactions, generating viewings, and securing property lets.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain instructions on properties meeting quality standards and quantity targets
- Maintain accurate records on our internal database
- Experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Associate, or Valuer
- ARLA qualified (preferred but training can be provided)
- Knowledge of Totnes/Kingsbridge and South Hams areas is advantageous
