About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join our client on a large Commercial project in Central London.

This is a hybrid/central London role with 2-3 days per week from home on a contract OUTSIDE IR35.

The project schedule is due to complete in approximately May 2025, and the initial contract will be for 6 months.

There is a high likelihood of extension beyond the initial 6 months due to the ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work alongside a project BIM Manager for the MEP Sub.
  2. Attend project BIM Meetings in the absence of the BIM Manager.
  3. Collaborate with Engineers and Commissioning teams to prepare the model for use throughout the building lifecycle.
