Job Summary

Search is seeking a highly experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their team. As a senior lawyer, you will be responsible for managing an existing caseload and providing expert advice to clients on a range of private client matters.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience working in a specialist private client role. They will have a strong understanding of estate planning, wills, and inheritance tax planning, as well as experience in drafting LPAs and assisting with estate administrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an existing caseload of private client matters, including estate planning, wills, and inheritance tax planning
  • Provide expert advice to clients on a range of private client matters, including LPAs and estate administrations
  • Work closely with the private client team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience working in a specialist private client role
  • Strong understanding of estate planning, wills, and inheritance tax planning
  • Experience in drafting LPAs and assisting with estate administrations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
